Intake Process

  1. Initial Inquiry – Call, email, or complete our online interest form.

  2. Eligibility Screening – We conduct a brief interview and review documentation to ensure our services match your needs.

  3. Tour & Interview – Prospective residents and guardians (if applicable) are invited for a home tour and in-person meeting.

  4. Documentation Review – We require relevant medical, psychological, or case records, along with a TB test and proof of income or payor source.

  5. Admission Approval – Once approved, a move-in date is scheduled and a resident agreement is signed.

  6. Welcome & Orientation – New residents receive a warm welcome, house tour, introduction to rules and daily routines.
